2 gr anise extract
3 gr almond extract
5 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
80 gr almonds
90 gr hazelnuts

Instructions

degrees. Slide logs ontoa cutting board & cut int 1 cm slices using a sharp knife & pressing firmly to cut all the way through. Arrange slices cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. * Hazelnuts should be roasted, skinned & coarsely chopped. ----
