Biscuits Supreme

Ingredients

250 gr flour
18 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
2 ml cream of tartar
8 gr sugar
95 gr shortening
160 ml milk

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening till crumbly. Add milk at once. Stir quickly with fork till dough follows fork around bowl. Knead on lightly floured surface 10-12 strokes. Roll or pat 1 cm thick. Cut biscuits. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes in 450' oven
