Bittersweet Choc. Torte

Ingredients

6 eggs
3/4 minus
14 gr sugar
14 gr vanilla extract
8 gr all purpose flour
45 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
2 gr allspice
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
190 gr skim ricotta cheese
12 gr unsweetened cocoa
2 instant espresso powder
38 gr granulated sugar
1 gr salt
110 gr apricot all-fruit spread
8 round cake

1/2 layer with
1/2 apricot all-fruit spread
1/2 frosting evenly over the top of one

Instructions

of the filled layers. Stack the second filled layer on top of the first. Swirl the remaining frosting evenly over the top of cake. Garnish with whole strawberries, if desired. To serve, cut the cake into dozen equal slices. ----
