Black Bean And Rice Soup

Ingredients

1,400 ml water
550 gr chicken
60 ml olive oil
1 onion
6 garlic
3 gr cumin
3 gr oregano
6 gr salt
180 gr brown rice
45 ml wine vinegar
475 ml sour cream
