Black Bean Chili Con Carne With Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients

some vegetables
some salt if needed
900 gr beef roast
60 ml olive oil
34 gr mild chilies
2 onions thinly
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 bell pepper cored
3 garlic
120 ml dry wine
600 gr tomatoes
475 ml water
60 ml molasses
4 gr sage
5 gr cumin
1,600 gr black beans
1/2 long
45 ml oil in a skillet over high heat
16 ml oil
1 combine lower the hea scrape the meat the pot with the onion mixture

Instructions

Serve: Put a dollop of Cilantro Pesto on each serving, and service the garnishe s on the side.
