Black Bean & Rice Salad

Ingredients

240 gr rice
260 gr black beans
160 gr tomato
28 gr cheddar cheese
2 gr snipped parsley
60 gr italian dressing
16 ml lime juice

Instructions

Lettuce leaves Combine rice, beans, tomato, cheese (if desired), and parsley in large bowl. Pour dressing and lime juice over rice mixture; toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
