500 gr black beans 1,900 ml water 18 gr salt 120 gr onion 140 gr green pepper 100 gr celery 130 gr carrots 120 ml olive oil 6 garlic 6 gr cumin 20 ml vinegar 5 ml soy sauce
Instructions
