Black Bean Soup
Ingredients
some sharper flavor
800 gr black beans
1,400 ml water
7 stock
1 package tomatoes
200 gr celery
1 carrot
1 onion
4 garlic
2 bay leaves
1 gr basil
2 gr oregano
1 gr marjoram
22 ml lemon juice
80 ml sherry
1,400 ml water overnight in a po drain the soaking water
1,700 ml ff chicken broth
5 ml nonfat sour cream
1 gr chives
