Black Bean Soup Chipotle"smoke"

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
some sour cream
500 gr black beans
30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2,800 ml water
2 bay leaves
1 chipotle chili pepper
12 gr cumin
5 gr oregano
4 sprigs cilantro
34 gr flat-leaf parsley
7 bell pepper
1/4 dice
28 gr brown sugar
30 ml dry sherry
10 ml lime juice
34 gr cilantro
1 slice rise lime sour cream
1 sort beans
2 of water
2 place oil in
3 reserved beans
3 gr parsley
4 bring to
5 discard the cilantro
270 gr soup along with any garlic
2 tables of parsley

Note: For extra flavor, a low or no sodium broth may be used instead of or for some of the water.
