Black Beans And Pasta
Ingredients
350 ml low-sodium ketchup
240 ml water
80 gr tomato puree
10 ml dijon mustard
2 gr paprika
8 gr garlic
5 gr oregano
2 gr thyme
1 gr cumin
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr pepper
525 gr black beans
140 gr sweet peppers
140 gr peppers
90 gr broccoli florets
60 gr onions
100 gr fettuccine
1,900 ml saucepan over heat
Instructions
boiling water until just tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large platter. Top with the sauce. Top with the vegetables.
