75 gr bars swiss dark chocolate
170 ml cream
22 gr corn syrup
16 gr grand marnier
5 ml water
1,500 gr fluted tube
180 ml water to a
4 1/2 bowl of a duty electric mixer using the paddle attachment
1 at a time
1 intervals
5 ml water
