Black Jack Bbq Sauce
Ingredients
240 gr strong black coffee
240 ml worcestershire sauce
240 ml catsup
120 ml cider vinegar
110 gr brown sugar
8 gr chili powder
6 gr salt
240 gr onions
34 gr chili peppers
6 garlic
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 mins. Strain or puree in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate between uses.
