Blackberry Pudding

Ingredients

250 gr sugar
5 gr butter
130 gr flour
3 gr baking powder
120 ml milk

Instructions

Sweetened blackberries or cherries Cream half c sugar and butter; blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk; pour into greased 8 x 20 cm baking dish. Cover with blackberries. Bake at 325 to 180ÂșC or about 45 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining sugar; bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
