Blades's Black Beans
Ingredients
some sour cream
some stock to cover the beans as the liquid is
500 gr black beans
1,400 ml chicken stock
60 ml oilive oil
120 gr onion
1 tomatoes
65 gr green bell pepper
34 gr cilantro
16 ml balsamic vinegar
14 gr sugar
10 ml soy sauce
3 gr oregano
1 gr lemon-pepper seasoning
1 clove garlic
110 gr ham in
Instructions
5. Season with salt and serve with sour cream and sprigs of cilantro.
