Blender Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 egg
65 gr shortening
180 ml milk
4 gr vanilla
160 gr all purpose flour
200 gr sugar
7 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1/2 semi

Instructions

Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Place all ingredients in blelnder container in order listed. Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, 45 seconds.(Batter will be slightly lumpy). Pour into paper lined medium muffin cups, 2.5x 1.25 in., filling each two third full. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Immediately remove from pan; cool completely.
