Blue Buck Cakes

Ingredients

120 gr am blue cornmeal
130 gr am buckwheat flour
2 gr sea salt
22 gr non-alum baking powder
475 ml milk
7 ml unrefined vegetable oil
1/2 blueberries

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear. Pour batter onto hot, oiled griddle, turning once. Serve hot with your favorite sweetener.
