Blue Cheese, Hazelnut And Herb Terrine

Ingredients

60 ml creamy blue cheese
90 ml greek strained yogurt
5 ml mayonnaise
1 gelozone
10 gr hazelnuts
5/8 eggs
16 gr mixed herbs
1 gr paprika seasoning
1 trim the stalks from the radicchio
2 mash the blue cheese with the yogurt
3 fold the cheese mixture
4 fold over the radicchio leaves
