Blue Corn Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

120 gr am blue cornmeal
130 gr am unbleached flour
9 gr non-alum baking powder
1 gr sea salt
350 ml water
10 ml honey
60 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Stir dry ingredients together. Combine liquid ingredients. Mix liquid and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill oiled muffin tins two third full. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC . for 20 minutes or until done.
