Ingredients
16 ml vegetable oil
1 onion
700 gr beef
2 envelopes brown gravy mix
1 mashed potatoes
1 note i use a dry brown gravy mix available at health food stores
1 heat oil in a skillet
Instructions
Serve over mashed potatoes, either homemade or from a box. Blue plate special is usually with peas and carrots on the side.
