Blue Ribbon Apple Pie

Ingredients

375 gr all purpose flour
1 lemon zest
270 gr butter
6 slices macintosh apples
200 gr sugar
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
32 gr cornstarch
1 egg
14 gr sugar
1 dough disk a circle about
22 in diameter
9 pie
1 overhan pour in apple filling
14 gr sugar
350 bake another

Instructions
