Blue Ribbon Crab Quesadillas

Ingredients

260 gr lump crabmeat picked over
1 green bell pepper
1 bell pepper
1 onion rings
1 clove garlic
6 corn tortillas
1 gr cumin
1 gr cayenne pepper
80 ml mayonnaise
34 gr cilantro
170 gr cheddar cheese
60 gr monterey jack cheese
1/2 reserved
16 ml olive oil
1/2 lime
1 jalapeno pepper seeded
250 gr cheeses
1 place six tortillas on a baking shee equally divide pepper
1/4 tortilla
