Blueberry

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 gr salt
7 gr vanilla
7 ml cream of tartar
475 gr peaches
1 juice
1 lemon
475 gr blueberries
300 gr sugar
12 heatproof flat spread about
3/8 meringue to within
1 edge
5 gr flour
1 gr sugar
6 egg yolks until mixture coats a metal spoon

Instructions

heat and add half t each of vanilla and almond extracts. Chill; fold in 0.75 c heavy cream, whipped.
