Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

100 gr graham cracker crumbs
38 gr sugar
40 gr margarine
3 packages cream cheese
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
4 gr vanilla
1 package blueberry pie filling

Instructions

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of a 23 cm pan. Bake at 160ºC or 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and 0.75 cup sugar at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 160ºC or 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
