Blueberry Drop Cookies

Ingredients

250 gr sifted flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
140 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
3 gr lemon rind
120 ml milk
1 blueberries

Instructions

Or dry pack frozen Rinsed/drained Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening until soft and gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs and lemon rind and beat until well mixed. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Lightly fold in blueberries. Drop by tsps. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 190ÂșC or 10-12 minutes. ----
