Bluefish With Fennel And Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
some salt and pepper
1 fennel bulb
30 ml olive oil
2 garlic
1 slice orange rind
1 gr dry fennel seeds
28 gr anise flavored liquor like pernod
18 gr butter salt
325 gr bluefish fillets
1 bell pepper seeded
1/4 dice for snipped chives for discard the feathery green tops of the fennel
30 ml olive oil in
9 salt and pepper
