Bockwurst Braised In Ale With Homemade Sauerkraut

Ingredients

3 bottles good
2 bay leaves
525 gr bockwurst
4 sauerkraut
350 ml apple juice
3 gr caraway seeds
21 salt and pepper

Instructions

To serve: Mound sauerkraut on warm plates and top with steamed bockwurst and a big dollop of homemade Honey Beer Mustard.
