Boeuf Bourguignon I
Ingredients
some garlic
some black pepper
some recipe by
some salt and pepper
28 gr salad
2 slices fatback
190 gr carrots
900 gr rump roast
2 1/2 onions
2 shallots
80 gr mushrooms
1/2 bottle burgundy wine
1/2 remaining beef
Instructions
cover and lower the heat. Cook 3.5 hours. While the casserole is cooking the liquid should barely bubble.
