Boiled Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

250 gr flour
220 gr brown sugar
240 ml molasses
10 gr ginger
5 ml soda
1 gr salt
120 ml water
240 gr lard

Instructions

A note earlier in the cookbook suggests a hot oven should be in the range of 400-450 degrees (these recipes were devised for the ovens of wood stoves, apparently.) I'd say to go with 200ÂșC . Very crisp. Very gingery.
