30 ml oil 1 gr salt 1 bok choy 1 bean sprouts 200 gr snow peas 3 gr cornstarch 6 gr chicken bouillon powder 2 gr sugar 120 ml water
Instructions
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
