Bombay Nut 'n' Raisin Mix

Ingredients

5/8 pretzel sticks
45 gr butter
1 garlic clove
40 gr unblanched almonds
45 gr pine nuts
45 gr cashews
5 ml worcestershire sauce
2 gr curry powder
1 gr chili powder
55 gr seedless raisins
1 gr salt

Instructions

Break pretzels into 3 cm sticks. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic in butter, then stir in almonds, pine nuts and cashews. Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and chili powder and mix well. Stir in pretzels and cook gently over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add raisins and salt; mix well. Turn mixture into a serving dish and cool. Makes about 2 cups.
