150 gr sugar 65 gr flour 2 gr baking powder 1 gr salt 280 gr dates 270 gr pecans 1 gr vanilla 3 egg whites
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and mix with dates, pecans, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in egg whites. Drop by teasponnful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 160ºC for 15 minutes.
