Bramberger Meat And Cabbage
Ingredients
170 gr cabbage
16 ml vegetable oil
2 onions
130 gr pork
450 gr beef
3 gr caraway seeds
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
120 ml wine
5 ml vegetable oil
3 slices bacon
12 leaves
10 ml vegetable oil
1/2 cabbage leaves
Instructions
the meat mixture, cover with the rest of the cabbage leaves. Cut bacon strips in half and arrange on top. Place in preheated 350�F oven; bake for approximately 45 minutes.
