Bramberger Meat And Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients
170 gr cabbage
16 ml vegetable oil
2 onions
130 gr pork
450 gr beef
3 gr caraway seeds
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
120 ml wine
5 ml vegetable oil
3 slices bacon
12 leaves
5 ml vegetable oil
3 gr vegetable
Instructions
oil; line the dish with half the cabbage leaves. Spoon in the meat mixture, cover with the rest of the cabbage leaves. Cut bacon strips in half and arrange on top. Place in preheated 180ºC . oven; bake for approximately 45 minutes.
