240 ml buttermilk
80 ml dark molasses
55 gr firm packed dark brown sugar
130 gr sifted all-purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
85 gr dark seedless raisins
1 egg
50 gr vegetable shortening
1/2 full
6 muffins at a time around the outside edge of the turn- table
