Bran Muffins Iii

Ingredients

15 raisin bran
650 gr flour
500 gr sugar
3 gr salt
18 gr baking soda
240 ml oil
950 ml buttermilk
4 eggs

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the liquid ingredients and mix until uniformly moist. Let stand 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Distribute mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. NOTES: * Easy and good bran muffins.
