Bread, Zucchini

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
170 gr brown sugar
375 gr flour
6 gr baking soda
5 ml soda
3 gr cinnamon
3 gr salt
3 eggs well
240 ml oil
5 gr vanilla
260 gr zucchini

Instructions

With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients. Then add eggs, oil, vannilla, and zucchini. Mix well.

Divide mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 160ºC or approx. 1 hour or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.

Cool on rack. Can be frozen if required.
