Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

1 egg
26 gr sugar
240 ml sour cream
12 gr shortening
5 ml prepared mustard
170 gr sifted flour
5 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
1/2 wisconsin swiss

Instructions

Cheese Beat egg until light.Add sugar,sour cream,shortening and mustard; stir well.Add dry ingredients;stir just until moistened;do not overbeat. Gently,stir in ham and cheese.Fill greased muffin tins 0.75 full.Bake @ 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.Yield: dozen muffins or 32 mini-muffins.
