Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

5 eggs
60 ml milk
1 hash browns
140 gr breakfast sausage
120 gr cheese
1 precooked
140 gr crumbled precooked breakfast sausage
110 gr cheese of choice

Instructions

Beat 5 eggs together with quarter C milk, set aside.

Press into an iron skillet the contents of one of those tubes ofrefrigerator of Pillsbury cresent rolls. Top with one the toppings.

Optionally, and in amounts to taste, add chopped onions, choppedbell (or other) peppers, hot sauce and/or salsa, salt and freshlyground black pepper, and/or anything else that you think would begood.

Pour egg mixture evenly over pizza. Bake in preheated 375 400degree oven about 30 minutes or until done. Check often to avoidburning. Serve immediately.
