Breakfast Risotto

Ingredients

700 ml apple juice unfiltered
2 sticks cinnamon broken in
1 gr nutmeg
1 low-fat milk
18 gr butter
180 gr arborio rice
1 gr salt
85 gr raisins
1 dark brown sugar for topping milk
1 in a saucepan
120 ml apple juice
60 gr at a time until absorbed
120 ml warm milk along with raisins
503 cals
7 3/4 fat
13 3/4 cff
