Breast Of Chick. W/ Leeks & Lime On Zucchini "spahgetti"

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
some leeks mixture on top of breasts
4 zucchini
120 ml olive oil
1 flour for dredging
8 chicken breasts
270 gr leeks
8 gr slivered garlic
120 ml dry wine
180 ml rich chicken stock
1 lime zest
45 ml lime juice
3 gr parsley
30 gr slivered sundried tomatoes
1 slice zucchini flowers if available
30 ml olive oil
30 ml olive oil to an oven proof saute
400 degree oven
1 halfway through the baking of the breasts

Instructions

To serve: Arrange zucchini attractively on warm plates and top with breasts and vegetables. Drizzle pan juices over. Garnish with zucchini flowers. Serve hot or at room temperature.
