Brigitte's Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 slices apples
2 slices oranges
2 slices bananas
1 package mandarin oranges
2 egg whites
38 gr sugar
16 gr thinly almonds
16 gr rum

Instructions

Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until very stiff. Arrange all the fruits and the almonds into 4 ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle the rum over each dish and heap the eggwhite mixture ontop of the fruit. Broil for a couple of minutes until the eggwhite/meringue is firm.
