Broccoli Crevette Soup

28 gr butter
140 gr sea clams
6 gr garlic
1 1/2 clam base
40 gr flour
220 gr broccoli including
950 ml milk
240 ml whipping cream
5 gr dry dill
2 gr dry basil
30 ml lemon juice
4 gr pepper
