Broiled Beef With Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients

45 gr butter
40 gr mushrooms
1 package ham
22 gr green onions
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 bread
3 ml water
700 gr beef tenderloin roasts
1 watercress sprigs cherry tomatoes
1 package tomatoes
20 gr butter
5 gr flour
1 package beef broth
5 gr brandy
1 gr meat-extract paste
12 skillet over
1 1/2 deep
1/2 mushroom mixture
1 easier slicin remove string
950 ml saucepan over heat

Instructions

meat-extract paste and salt; cook, stirring until gravy thickens and boils. NOTE: Meat-extract paste is an extract of meat, concentrated to a paste, with seasoning added and packed in a jar. It is available in most supermarkets.
