Broiled Cheddar And Egg Salad Buns

Ingredients

8 eggs
45 ml mustard
230 gr cheddar
4 gr salt
140 gr green bell pepper
1 gr pepper
22 gr onion
3 sandwich buns
160 ml milk

Instructions

* The buns or rolls should be split, toasted and buttered. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Combine the eggs, cheddar, green pepper, onion, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Spread each bun with about quarter cup of the egg mixture. Broil about 13 cm from the heat source until hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve hot. ----
