Broiled Cheddar & Egg Salad Buns

Ingredients

8 eggs
230 gr cheddar
140 gr green bell pepper
22 gr onion
160 ml milk
45 ml mustard
4 gr salt
1 gr pepper
3 sandwich buns

Instructions

* The buns or rolls should be split, toasted and buttered. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++ Combine the eggs, cheddar, green pepper, onion, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Spread each bun with about quarter cup of the egg mixture. Broil about 13 cm from the heat source until hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
