Broiled Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients

8 gr cayenne pepper
8 gr salt
5 gr garlic powder
4 gr onion powder
2 gr fennel seed
2 gr anise seed
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr ginger
2 gr black pepper
1 gr pepper
6 swordfish steaks
34 gr butter

Place the broiler rack in the middle position and preheat the broiler. Dip each steak in melted butter, coating both sides. Sprinkle one side of each steak with 0.75 teaspoon of the seasoning mix and place seasoned side down on a broiler-proof pan. Season the other side of each steak with 0.75 teaspoon seasoning mix. Broil until the tops are browned but not burned, about 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
