Brown-eyed Susan Cake

Ingredients

some chocolate frosting between layers
130 gr soft shortening
1/2 butter for flavor
100 gr sugar
3 eggs
325 gr sifted softasilk flour
12 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
240 ml milk
4 squares chocolate
1 gr baking soda
16 ml milk
1 orange extract
26 gr orange rind
1/4 food coloring
1 frosting
55 gr sweet butter
45 ml cream
600 gr sifted confectioners sugar
9 layer pans
240 ml milk

Instructions

frosting around sides scalloping the top edge. Sprinkle grated orange rind and clusters of shaved chocolate over the top of the cake to give effect of a field of Brown-Eyed Susans! Good luck. Hope it turns out great!! MM Format Norma Wrenn ----
