Brown-eyed Susans

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
1 bran
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr allspice
110 gr firmly packed brown sugar
80 gr chocolate chips
1 egg
180 ml milk
60 ml vegetable oil
120 gr pumpkin pie filling

Instructions

Combine flour, bran, baking powder, salt and spices. Add brown sugar and mix until no lumps remain. Stir in chocolate chips. Combine beaten egg, milk, oil and pumpkin; mix thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients all at once stirring just until moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling two third full. Bake at 190ÂșC . for 25 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
