Brown Honey Scones

Ingredients

3 wholemeal
22 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
5 gr butter
10 ml honey
240 ml milk

Instructions

Mix wholemeal, salt and bakingpowder. Rub in the butter. Dissolve the honey in the milk, add to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough. Rollout, cut out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 dozen minutes at 425 degrees. (recipe from Edmonds Sure To Rise NZ Cookbook)
