Brown Seed Bread

Ingredients

250 gr flour
130 gr wheat flour
1 natural bran
160 gr quick-cooking rolled oats
16 gr sesame seeds
18 gr poppy seeds
14 gr baking powder
7 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
60 ml liquid honey
475 ml yogurt

Instructions

In large bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flours, natural bran, rolled oats, sesame and poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in honey. Add enough of the yogurt to make sticky dough. Knead lightly in bowl until dough is well blended. Fit dough into one greased 9x5 in. (2L) loaf pan. Bake in 190ÂșC oven for 40 min., or until tester comes out clean.
